TEST4TPT
TEST4TPT is the public face of a Global Health EDCTP3 research collaboration on person-centred TB prevention — bringing together project scope, country pages, work packages, partners and downloadable resources in one maintainable website.

Challenge
- A multi-country research consortium needed a clear public site that explains a complex trial programme to varied audiences — funders, partners and national programmes.
- Content would change over the project lifetime, so the team needed to edit pages, country sections and downloadable materials without relying on a developer for every update.
Approach
- Structured the site around how users explore the programme: about, where we work, what we do, partners, news and resources — with dedicated country and work-package pages.
- Built a Next.js web application with an integrated content manager so consortium members can maintain text, imagery, partner logos and cleared downloads in one place.
Outcomes
- Delivered a production-ready programme website aligned with EDCTP3 branding and accessible to partners across Mozambique, Tanzania and Uganda.
- Gave the consortium a maintainable digital presence they can update as trials progress and resources are cleared for sharing.
