When you contact me, I may process your name, email address, organisation, and the content of your message. When you use this website, technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited may be collected via analytics (Google Analytics), if enabled and where consent applies.

I use contact data to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals and perform freelance assignments. Legal bases include legitimate interest (business communication) and, where applicable, performance of a contract. Analytics are used to understand website usage and improve the site.

Contact and project correspondence is kept as long as needed for the relationship and legal obligations. I apply appropriate technical and organisational measures and design software/data handling with privacy-by-design where relevant (GDPR, EU AI Act).

I do not sell personal data. Processors (e.g. hosting, email, analytics) may process data on my behalf under appropriate agreements. Freelance work is separate from my employment at KNCV; no KNCV data is used in freelance projects.
